give you a rough idea of cost over the phone. This is usually
the start of the development process...
- Initial consultation - Either by phone or in person. We will listen to your requirements and
offer our expertise. We can then provide you with a verbal
estimate, or provide a brief outline proposal to illustrate the anticipated scope, schedule and cost of
the system.
- Prototype development (optional) - This
may just be a few sample screen shots, or even a database dummy
to illustrate the possibilities going forward.

Detailed requirements gathering - We work closely together
to obtain the fine detail of the system. A detailed
specification document maybe produced at this time depending on the scale of
the project.
- Development - We remain in close contact with you, so that you
always know exactly how things are shaping up.
- Testing - We provide you with one or more 'Beta'
versions of the database for testing and fine-tuning and make
adjustments as required.
- Installation - The finished Microsoft Access database is installed.
